Find your mission and you’ll find your happiness: interview with Master Yuan Xiu Gang

While in Wudang, I also had the honor of meeting and interviewing Master Yuan Xiu Gang, one of the leading Wudang Kung Fu experts.

His first foreign student was Jake Pinnick (whom I interviewed in the first part of this episode) and with him I attended a kung fu performance by the students of the “Traditional Kungfu Academy of Wudangshan Daoist”.

At the end of the day I had a very stimulating and interesting conversation about happiness with the Sifu who gave me his philosophy to be happy in any condition.
