Can food make us happier?

This is the answer I want to find with Cat Nelson, an American food critic who has been tasting Shanghai delicacies for the past 10 years.

I spent a day with her trying classic Chinese street food and reviewing restaurants like a real food writer.

Eating to live seems like the perfect job, but Cat explains to me that it is not always exceptional: food is not always exceptional and while you eat you must always be focused in order to be objective and critical about what you are tasting.
