[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]I was invited to Peshawar<\/strong>, once, one of the most dangerous cities in the world, by Imam Quari Tayyab Qureshi<\/strong> to debunk all the stereotypes about Muslims and Islam together.<\/strong><\/p>\n

After a really stimulating interview I can only say that we have more things in common than we think.<\/p>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Peshawar is considered one of the most dangerous cities in the world<\/strong> because of the huge black market for weapons and heroin but above all for the terrorist attacks suffered in the past by the Taliban.<\/p>\n

I was invited to the city by the Imam<\/strong> of the oldest mosque in Peshawar to explain to me what it really means to be a Muslim.<\/p>\n

I am the only tourist in the city but I feel absolutely at ease: polite looks, street food and … handshakes.<\/p>\n

If there is one thing that distinguishes Pakistanis is their generosity.<\/strong><\/p>\n

They are: handashakes!<\/strong> For them it’s a sign of respect and that’s why everyone shakes my hand.<\/p>\n

All fantastic of course. The handshakes, the food … but I can’t contact the Imam. Today there is a protest in the city and they have cut the net: no internet, no calls. I don’t know how to get there but Pakistan is truly an amazing place!<\/p>\n

I got lost in the middle of the city and I didn’t know where the Imam mosque was, but then Kaleem appeared. He is thinking of taking me to the Imam. He saw me a little lost in the middle of the city and said, “Don’t worry, I’ll take you to the Imam.”<\/em> And now he does slalom among people. Without helmet of course. Here the helmet is “prohibited”<\/em>.<\/p>\n

We are finally here: we found it. It should be here in Peshawar Madrasa.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Many children around me but it cannot be otherwise: Madrasa is the religious school where all children study the Koran every day. A bit like an oratory.<\/p>\n

After a day of research, we are finally here, the interview can begin.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Dopo un\u2019intervista davvero stimolante posso solo dire che abbiamo pi\u00f9 cose in comune di quello che pensiamo<\/strong>\ud83d\ude0c<\/span><\/span>\ud83d\ude4f<\/span><\/span><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”9px”][vc_column_text]Peshawar <\/strong>\u00e8 considerata una delle citt\u00e0 pi\u00f9 pericolose al mondo <\/strong>a causa dell’enorme mercato nero di armi ed eroina<\/strong> ma soprattutto per gli attacchi terroristici subiti in passato dai talebani.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sono stato invitato in citt\u00e0 dall’Imam della pi\u00f9 antica moschea di Peshawar<\/strong> per spiegarmi cosa significa veramente essere un musulmano.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sono l’unico turista in citt\u00e0 ma mi sento assolutamente a mio agio<\/strong>: sguardi cortesi, cibo di strada e… strette di mano.<\/p>\n

Se c’\u00e8 una cosa che distingue i pakistani \u00e8 la loro generosit\u00e0.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sono: handashakes!<\/strong> Per loro \u00e8 un segno di rispetto ed \u00e8 per questo che tutti mi stringono la mano.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tutto fantastico certo. Le strette di mano, il cibo … ma non riesco a contattare l’Imam.<\/strong>\u00a0Oggi in citt\u00e0 c’\u00e8 una protesta e hanno tagliato la rete: niente internet, niente chiamate.\u00a0Non so come raggiungerlo ma il Pakistan \u00e8 davvero un posto incredibile!<\/p>\n

Mi sono perso nel mezzo della citt\u00e0 e non sapevo dove fosse la moschea dell’Imam ma poi \u00e8 comparso Kaleem<\/strong>.\u00a0Mi sta pensando lui a portarmi dall’Imam.\u00a0Mi ha visto un po’ perso nel mezzo della citt\u00e0 e mi ha detto: “Non preoccuparti, ti porter\u00f2 all’Imam”.\u00a0E ora fa lo slalom tra la gente. Senza casco ovviamente. Qui il casco \u00e8 “proibito”.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Finalmente ci siamo: lo abbiamo trovato. Dovrebbe essere qui nella Madrasa di Peshawar.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tanti bambini intorno a me ma non pu\u00f2 essere altrimenti: la Madrasa \u00e8 la scuola religiosa in cui tutti i bambini studiano il Corano ogni giorno.\u00a0Un po’ come se fosse un oratorio.<\/p>\n

Dopo una giornata di ricerca, finalmente ci siamo, l’intervista pu\u00f2 iniziare.<\/p>\n

Oh Tayyab! Molto piacere di conoscerti! Sai che \u00e8 la prima volta che incontro un Imam nella mia vita?\u00a0<\/span>Penso che questo sia un prezioso momento per smontare tutti gli stereotipi, tutti i miti sulla religione e sulla cultura musulmana.\u00a0<\/span>Ti dir\u00f2 alcune dichiarazioni forti sul mondo musulmano e tu mi dirai se \u00e8 vera o no.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Partiamo con questa: “L’Islam \u00e8 una religione violenta e i musulmani si identificano con il terrorismo”.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Il significato dell’Islam \u00e8: “pace”.<\/strong> L’Islam non \u00e8 violento, \u00e8 una religione pacifica: insegna la pace, il rispetto, l’umanit\u00e0. Guarda la nostra Madrasa, per esempio.<\/em><\/p>\n

L’unico insegnamento riguarda la pace, la gentilezza e non abbiamo un’agenda personale “contro” <\/strong>nessuna religione o nessun paese, nessun Paese europeo o America.<\/em><\/p>\n

Abbiamo sofferto per il terrorismo.\u00a0<\/strong>In Pakistan, oltre 80.000 persone sono state uccise attentati terroristici. Non lo supportiamo.<\/em><\/p>\n

Perch\u00e9 i cambiamenti stanno arrivando qui.\u00a0In questo ufficio dove sei seduto: i cristiani vengono gli ind\u00f9, i Sikh<\/strong>, tutte le religioni.\u00a0<\/strong>Vengono qui, e perch\u00e9 lo stiamo facendo? Solo per cambiare la mentalit\u00e0 e solo per mostrare loro che non odiamo, ma amiamo.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

“L’Islam opprime le donne e le costringe a un ruolo sottomesso”. cosa dici a riguardo?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Questo \u00e8 totalmente sbagliato: e propaganda!\u00a0L’Islam d\u00e0 di pi\u00f9 i diritti di qualsiasi religione nel mondo<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n

L’unica differenza tra l’altro pensiero e l’Islam.\u00a0L’Islam sta insegnando a coprirli e questa \u00e8 l’educazione di base nel nostro Corano.<\/em><\/p>\n

La gente pensa che la donna sia costretta dai musulmani. Questo non \u00e8 giusto. Seguono felicemente l’Islam.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ok, ultima affermazione: “L’Islam \u00e8 una\u00a0religione esclusiva\u00a0e tutte le altre religioni hanno torto “.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

No!\u00a0L’Islam \u00e8 la continuit\u00e0 delle altre religioni.\u00a0<\/strong>Alcune religioni sono molto antiche e c’\u00e8 una\u00a0grande frase nel Corano:\u00a0chiunque affermi di essere musulmano,\u00a0dovrebbe seguire la Bibbia,\u00a0gli altri libri. Crediamo in tutti i libri forniti con i profeti.\u00a0<\/strong>Il mio amore per il mio profeta Maometto, la pace sia con lui e il mio amore per il profeta Ges\u00f9 \u00e8 lo stesso<\/em><\/p>\n

Diciamo che ce n’\u00e8 solo uno di\u00a0Dio e ognuno di noi lo chiama in modo diverso.<\/em><\/p>\n

Noi lo chiamiamo “Allah”, alcuni\u00a0“Dio”, altri lo chiamano in un altro modo … possiamo dire questo?<\/em><\/p>\n

Di sicuro! Dovremmo dirlo.\u00a0Aedi che non \u00e8 possibile riunire tutti e costringere tutti a\u00a0essere musulmano o cristiano<\/em><\/p>\n

Dovremmo accettare che ci siano lobby che lavorano.<\/em><\/p>\n

I cristiani stanno forzando le persone, invitando persone, musulmani e altri\u00a0ma senza dubbio c’\u00e8 un solo Dio.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Nel mio paese c’\u00e8 molta confusione\u00a0sul mondo islamico, la religione islamica, la cultura.\u00a0Quindi penso che questa conversazione tra di noi possa chiarire alcuni punti anche a casa.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ma ora sono qui per farti in realt\u00e0 10 domande,\u00a010 domande sulla felicit\u00e0. Tu sei\u00a0pronto?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Cos’\u00e8 qualcosa di piccolo che ti fa sempre sorridere?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Molto semplice e gratuito, senza costi: \u00e8 un bel sorriso<\/em><\/p>\n

Se vedo un sorriso sui bambini o su qualcuno, mi rende felice<\/em><\/p>\n

Prego, per una buona giornata, per una giornata felice.<\/em><\/p>\n

Se sei felice sei ricco.<\/em><\/p>\n

Quali pensi siano le tre cose pi\u00f9 belle del mondo?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Il primo: i genitori.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

La mia societ\u00e0 \u00e8 tutta attorno ai genitori. sono molto importanti per noi. Sei fortunato se\u00a0hai i tuoi genitori vivi, in \u200b\u200bbuona salute\u00a0e li rispetti.<\/em><\/p>\n

Il secondo: la tua vita familiare con tua moglie.\u00a0<\/strong>Se sei turbato dalla tua vita familiare non puoi fare nulla.\u00a0Vita felice significa avere una relazione felice.\u00a0Se non hai un buon partner, allora sei nei guai<\/em><\/p>\n

La terza cosa: andare in giro e incontrare chiunque<\/strong>, non solo quelli della tua religione, ma qualsiasi essere umano<\/em><\/p>\n

Quali sono stati gli eventi che ti hanno cambiato la vita?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Sono stato negli Stati Uniti, quando \u00e8 successo l’11 settembre, sono stato arrestato l\u00ec,<\/em><\/p>\n

Ma questo arresto mi ha fatto cambiare idea\u00a0perch\u00e9 sono tornato in Pakistan<\/em><\/p>\n

Mi sono reso conto che avrei dovuto essere in questo posto forse molto tempo prima<\/em><\/p>\n

In questo modo ho scoperto le mie capacit\u00e0, cosa ho e cosa posso fare\u00a0perch\u00e9 in America mi sentivo solo un lavoratore,\u00a0forse un bravo uomo ma lavoratore. Potevo fare solo questo,\u00a0quindi a volte se hai difficolt\u00e0 nella tua vita \u00e8 una grande lezione non pensare che sia negativo<\/em><\/p>\n

Qual \u00e8 la cosa pi\u00f9 preziosa che possiedi?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Forse la vita o forse il mio lavoro.<\/em><\/p>\n

Scegliere<\/span>\u00a0uno<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Ne scelgo uno<\/em><\/p>\n

Penso che sia il mio lavoro<\/em><\/p>\n

Perch\u00e9? Perch\u00e9 la vita \u00e8 solo mia e il mio lavoro\u00a0\u00e8 per tutti.<\/em><\/p>\n

Cosa significa morire per te?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Crediamo che la vita dopo questa\u00a0sar\u00e0 molto difficile. Devi rispondere a tutto quello che hai fatto\u00a0perch\u00e9 questa vita ti \u00e8 stata data da Allah per qualcosa<\/em><\/p>\n

questo dice il Corano. Per qualcosa, non per niente…<\/em><\/p>\n

Uccidi persone, derubi persone, fai tutte quelle cose\u00a0e pensi di essere qui per niente !?<\/em><\/p>\n

Pensaci!<\/em><\/p>\n

Qual \u00e8 il profumo della felicit\u00e0 per te?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Quando abbracci tua madre e provi dei veri sentimenti.\u00a0Penso che questo sia il pi\u00f9 dolce degli odori\u00a0perch\u00e9, quando abbracci tua madre per tanto tempo, pensi di volare<\/em><\/p>\n

Come un angelo, chiudi gli occhi e poi ti trovi in \u200b\u200bun mondo diverso.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ultima domanda: qual \u00e8 la ricetta della felicit\u00e0 per te?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Essere una persona giusta! Non mentire mai perch\u00e9 questo ti former\u00e0 il tuo carattere. Se tradisci qualcuno significa che stai ingannando te stesso, la tua persona. non sei un brav’uomo<\/em><\/p>\n

Accetta ci\u00f2 che hai, non lottare, non correre a destra e manca e non rubare soldi a nessuno.\u00a0Se stai bene, le tue mani, i tuoi occhi funzionano..\u00a0\u00e8 un grande grande dono di Allah.\u00a0Quindi dovremmo goderci questo regalo.<\/em><\/p>\n

Se fai anche solo queste piccole cose, credimi, la tua vita<\/em><\/p>\n

Sar\u00e0 magnifica!<\/em><\/p>\n
